Position:

Lecturer: Bilingual clinical fieldwork dual language supervisor. 临时教师职位，有可能续签额外的学期.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university

• Spanish or Mandarin language proficiency;
• Graduate degree in Bilingual Education or related area;

• Previous experience mentoring, coaching, and/or supervising student teachers, intern teachers, and/or apprentice teachers;
• Knowledge of the greater Los Angeles basin public schools;
• Current knowledge of the adopted California P-12 Preconditions, Program Standards, 多学科和双语教学的教学绩效期望;
• Experience in working on collaborative teams; and

Preferred Qualifications:

• California credential(s) in any additional content area;
• Prior direct experience, mentorship, 和/或在新教师指导或监督下的专业发展;

Duties:

在双浸入式或双语环境中，对每位学生教师至少进行六次正式的观察和评估.

申请人必须能够以电子方式提交所需的观察表格和报告, 并且必须能够参加两年一次的教师教育实习督导培训.
