研究生助理s must be registered in a CSU graduate degree program and must be enrolled in courses toward completing that graduate degree during the appointment period. Applicants should have the ability to relate well to others within the academic environment and demonstrate ability and/or interest in working in a multiethnic, 多元文化环境.

职责:
Under the general supervision of an assigned faculty member or the Department Chair, the 研究生助理 might be assigned to provide instructional or program-level support. Instructional support may be performed in conjunction with face-to-face, 混合动力, 同步在线, 或者异步在线课程.
A 研究生助理 (GA) will assist the instructor of record by conducting small discussion groups related to large lecture course activities, 协助搬运设备, and clarifying course material or course content for students. The GA will perform clerical or other routine tasks, including grading examinations; recording grades; assisting faculty with 研究 and preparation of course materials; participating in evaluating student’s work; and other related tasks.
工资:
Current 研究生助理 rate for an aver年龄 of up to 20 hours per week.
